You have to adore the Freedom of Information Act. Since it was enacted in 1967, citizens and journalists have used it to probe and poke government agencies to fork over documents about what they've really been doing. It's all in the name of transparency... including getting details about once-secret programs like the notorious "Project Blue Book."
