Heeled,open-toed sandals with school-style ribbed ankle socks own been in vogue during winters for the past five or so years. But the flat ’Stocks and socks look has traditionally only really been a favourite of European campers and contemporary hippies. Yet despite the traditional derision, the past few months has seen this tricky trend find popularity with the fashion crowd.
