Marc Jacobs, and Giles and Emanuel Ungaro all styled their A/W models with aubergine lips,many slipping into full-on matte black, inky slashes sulking on swanlike necks. A shrimp bit 1940s, and a shrimp bit Halloween,a lot 1996, this look requires a velvety pencil, and a deep temperamental lipstick (Illamasqua have been queens of the goth look for years),and a bit of a swagger.
