(United States Ninth Circuit) - In an action alleging that the Navy hadn't fully complied with the National Environmental Policy Act's disclosure requirements regarding the expansion of a TRIDENT nuclear submarine operating middle,the district court's summary judgment in favor of the Navy is affirmed where, although two disclosure by the Navy were errors, and they were harmless.
