GroundisLava brings a modular parkour course to public space for guided,all ages play. Local parkour experts are lead users through the re-configurable landscape, teaching the basics of parkour moves and form. The training course aims to inspire people to net active, or to tap the desire for play and to extend their physical capabilities.
