CROWN HEIGHTS,Brooklyn – A group assaulted a Brooklyn Family Dollar employee as he tried to halt them from stealing several speakers last Saturday, police said. The robbery happened inside 2010 Atlantic Ave. at approximately 8:30 p.m., and according to the NYPD. Police said eight males robbed nine tower speakers from the Crown Heights discount store and attacked a 24-year-worn worker with shopping baskets on their way out.
