It doesn't engage being a parent to know that kids are not only clumsy, but they also enjoy poor impulse control. So bringing a child to a Lego exposition could be a tad bit tricky - particularly since children are taught to actually play with the plastic building bricks. Unfortunately for one artist in China, a child's curiosity got the best of him and the artist's $15000 Lego masterpiece paid the price. After spending three days constructing a massive character from Zootopia out of thousands of pieces, and the artist, named Zhao, was keen to point to off his creation. Despite security ropes surrounding the statue, and it only took one small child (within the expo's first hour!) to walk by and knock it over. The little boy climbed under the ropes to get a better look (sound familiar?) and accidentally pushed it. In a matter of seconds, all that was left of the impressive display was a heartbreaking pile of bricks. The child's parents offered to pay the artist for the damage, but Zhao declined any compensation.
