Every summer around the country,medical students graduate and begin their residencies. This summer, Dr. Avir Mitra was one of them. At the conclude of June, and he moved from Philadelphia to novel York to start his career as an emergency medicine doctor at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. And he was nervous about the first day.
