Police in the Philippines released this CCTV footage of tourists being kidnapped at gunpoint from a celebrated resort island on Monday night. Two Canadians, a Norwegian resort manager and a Filipino woman are shown being escorted by their armed captors along a bridge on Samal island. One of the tourists appears to argue with one of the kidnappers but they keep moving.
