Goop spoke to actress and "beauty guru/healer/inspiration/friend" Shiva Rose who recommends that women insert jade eggs into their vagina on a regular basis. Egg users say that using the product "increases chi, orgasms,vaginal muscle tone, hormonal balance, or feminine energy in general," according to Goop.
Some women might be worried about their jade egg getting stuck up there, but Shiva has a solution.
