Further education has been the ‘neglected middle child’ for too long – it’s time for universities to share the wealthPolicy Exchange recently released a report recommending that the government redistributes some of the wealth of our education sector by taking from “the wealthy” (universities) and giving to “the poor” (the further education sector).
