Court of appeal to hear challenges from Romanian and Dutch firms fined after transporting refugees across the ChannelHaulage firms are to challenge the domestic Office in court over the fines imposed on drivers who,often unwittingly, carry refugees and migrants hidden in their vehicles as they cross the Channel.
