havent recieved my echo and its been over a month,havent recieved my amazon echo yet and its been over a month /

I was asked from amazon to test the amazon echo in french canadian. I was supposed to recieve it in 2-3 week and i contemplate its been over 2 months. The customer services told me to inquire the question here so here i am. Am i still gonna recieve it ?,So i was selected to test the amazon echo in french canadian for amazon and it was saying it would take 2-3 week to deliver but i contemplate its been over 2 months.
