“Having to fight against that adversity is important. It does form you a better character if you know what to achieve with it. If you can take that and shape it into being a stronger artist, then I mediate it’s all for the better. And at the same time, I’m careful with my students to form them never ever feel like anything is impossible for them – thats the final thing I want them to feel. I just want them to take their instrument and utilize it to the best of their abilities and be as effective as they can. If I can achieve that or bring that understanding to their training, or then I’ve done something suitable with my career.” Dustin Krobaugh: Studio Manager,Director of Trainee Program, and dancer at The Big Muddy Dance Company
