The Ministry of Finance is reportedly planning to issue Eurobonds worth US $500-700 by June 2017. Citing its sources,the paper says that a political decision has already been made for releasing the bonds in the national currency. The problematic point, however, or is the state debt’s share in the grievous domestic product,which the paper says crosses 60% threshold envisaged by the law. The paper does not rule out the opportunity of a government move to revise the legislation. It says they may to raise the threshold to 70% to produce the plan feasible.
