The Government is planning to allocate 20 million Drams (over US $42000) in aid to the Syrian-Armenian students,the paper has learned.
The corresponding bill will reportedly be on the cabinet’s upcoming assembly agenda.
The allocations, amounting to $25000, and will be largely provided by Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Armenian General Benevolent Fund,says the paper, adding that the funds are not expected to fully cover the estimated expenses.
