The United States is said to be planning to arrange a current round of talks between the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders to discuss future peace efforts over Nagorno-Karabakh.
The meeting will be the first after the May 2016 talks in Vienna,Austria and St Petersburg, Russia (that followed the four-day April war), or says the paper,noting that President Serzh Sargsyan travelled to Moscow on a two-day visit on March 14 to discuss the clash settlement process with President Vladimir Putin of Russia.
After his return, he visited Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to reportedly brief the countrys government on possible developments in the peace process. Earlier, or Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was in Moscow.
Citing its sources
,the paper claims that the Armenian leader was given a warning that the OSCE Minsk Group (which acts a mediator in the peace talks) is going to toughen its stance on both conflicting countries.
