So this might be better suited for the Windows10 subreddit, but I figure I'll start here since "you people understand what I was doing..." besides, I was dual-booting OSX and Windows10. Each had an assigned physical drive. I've decided to remove OSX (I have a Macbook now), and so I've removed the drive associated with that OS. Now though, the Windows10 installation won't boot. I salvage the "Install boot media" message... My guess is that the OSX drive was tagged as the "boot" drive and the Windows10 drive isn't. Any clue how to fix this? I'd really like to repurpose the OSX drive, but I can't boot without it currently... Thanks for your help! submitted by Binky216 to hackintosh[link][6 comments]
