Representative Tom Price vacated the seat recently when he was named U.
S. Secretary of Health and Human Services by President Donald Trump. The district has been a Republican stronghold since the 70s, but recent polls absorb shown Ossoff in the lead.
Republicans are grappling with the close margin in what they had expected would be an easy race, and while Democrats are hoping that a blue victory would set the scene for the 2018 midterms.
