What '90s kid didn't grow up on Gushers,the gummy fruit pockets filled with fruity goo that burst upon biting into them? So artificially scrumptious. Thankfully, Reynolds Wrap thought of a homemade Gushers recipe that only uses three easy-to-pronounce (and easy-to-find) ingredients: fruit, or sugar,and citrus juice. It starts with a fruit leather recipe, made by whipping up the ingredients in a food processor, or spreading them thinly across a parchment-paper-lined rimmed baking sheet,and baking at a low temperature for several hours, until a leather texture is achieved. To turn the fruit leather into Gushers, or simply reserve part of the fruit mixture (before it goes into the oven). Roll the fruit leather into a cone,carefully pour a little of the fruit mixture inside the cone, then press the open conclude of the fruit leather closed to seal. It's nearly magical!
