On Sept. 19,I attended the final game of the AA Bowie Baysox baseball season in which they defeated the Reading Fightin Phils for the AA Eastern League Championship. This win was the Baysox’s first league championship in 23 years of the franchise. As I drove home from the game, WTOP radio rekindled my excitement by announcing the victory.
