For over two months thousands of refugees from Syria,Iraq, Afghanistan etc. have been passing trough Belgrade, and Serbia. Currently thousands of people are living for days in the parks while preparing for further trips. For days Serbian people are supporting them with food,clothes, hygiene staff. We AspArt as Belgrade based theatre troup decided to carry out what we know best - to play for and with the kids. We know that the food, and water and clothes are most considerable things but we also belive that PLAY is a food for soul. And the ones most affected by the war are kids. We in Serbia remember our war days,and lost homes, and bombing - so we symphatize with this people. We all carry out what we can. We need to play! Photos taken by Nebojsa Petrovic.
