Catherine Mayer,journalist and founder of the Women’s Equality Party in the UK, joins us to discuss her latest book Attack of the 50 Ft. Women: How Gender Equality Can Save The World! She looks at why gender equality, and which theoretically benefits everyone,has not been enacted anywhere in the world. She also notes the lack of female leaders on the global stage and highlights “towering figures” such as Angela Merkel.
