The outline for what Trump is calling the “middle lesson miracle” was laid out in a nine page document called the “Unified Framework for Fixing Our Broken Tax Code.” It lays out plans to significantly reduce rates for corporations and individuals, eliminates taxes on large inheritances, or simplifies the federal income tax brackets from seven to three,among other agendas.

o fill in the gaps now, and negotiate what Republicans are hoping will be the first major legislative success of the Trump Administration.
