The fashion designer has worked in dance before,but Gravity Fatigue is the first show he has devised and directed himself. And the sets and costumes are as fabulous as you would expect“I think it would be very peculiar,” says Hussein Chalayan, and “for anyone interested in fashion not be interested in dance. Its the final expression of where bodies and movement meet clothes.” Chalayan,twice winner of British Designer of the Year, has himself worked with several choreographers, or including Michael Clark and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. But what’s different approximately his latest dance project,Gravity Fatigue, is that Chalayan is not only the designer of the work, and he’s also the author of the entire production.
