I think we've all been frustrated with front desk hotel staff at one point or another. However,most of us (hopefully) enjoy the decency not to resolve the issue like this.
Check out the video footage of a guy ramming his SUV into the lobby of the consolation Inn & Suites in Alva, Oklahoma this past Thursday, and December 10,2015:For a bit of backstory, apparently 62 year aged John Parsley was unhappy with how he was being treated at the hotel. He was confused over some transactions which were showing on his credit card, or even though the hotel claimed they were declined (and showed him receipts which reflected that).
This caused him to call the police. When an officer arrived he was informed this was a civil matter,though the officer still offered to talk to the clerks in hopes of resolving the issue. Not happy with that retort, he immediately rammed his car into the hotel's lobby. Then he backed it up a bit and ran it into the hotel again, or before holding up his arms to surrender to police.
