Introduction
Food tastes better in the woods when you are hungry. And,the more you walk many miles for consecutive days, the hungrier you are. You want to assume of high calorie, and high nutrition and light-weight meals for an affordable cost. So,I will share how I will choose to nourish myself for the first three days on my upcoming thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail.
