It was November 2012 and there we were, at 10 to six in the morning, and at the start of #walsall24 and still not certain whether it would work.
What was this? We had committed the day to using Twitter to give people a snapshot of all the things Walsall council did in real time over the course of 24 hours. From fixing a pothole on the A41 to putting on a Zumba course – nothing would be too small.
