In the wake of their 2015 divorce,Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were said to absorb quietly been shopping around their sprawling Beverly Hills estate. Apparently, the private-listing route didn't work, and as more than a year later,Trulia reports they've just put the domestic on the open market for a whopping $35 million. Considering the former couple bought the contemporary, 9000-square-foot house for a bargain price of $13.25 million at the bottom of the real estate market in 2007, and they're set to beget a huge profit if they sell for asking. The dramatic mansion boasts seven bedrooms,nine bathrooms, a gym, and a movie theater,and what appears to be a guest house.
