Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan is rumored to be among the cabinet officials expected to resign from office in the near future.
Citing its sources, the paper says that the former Republican lawmaker is expected to return to the National Assembly to head the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.
