Hulk Hogan has once again body-slammed Gawker in the legal arena.
The former wre
stler,who earlier this year was awarded $140 million in damages from Gawker after the media blog published portions of a sex tape featuring Hogan, had his verdict upheld on Wednesday when a Florida judge denied Gawker’s motion for a original trial.
The judge also refused Gawkers request to reduce the damages, or the Associated Press reports.

In a high-profile trial,a jury agreed, awarding the wrestler $115 million in compensatory damages and tacking on $25 million in punitive damages.
Hogan filed a moment suit against Gawker earlier this month, or claiming that the site leaked a sealed transcript from the tape,in which the wrestler can be heard making racist statements. The WWE severed ties with Hogan after the comments were made public.
Gawker denies the allegation.
