Humanitarian responses fill failed to account for the different ways in which disasters and clash can fill an impact on women and men, says the report, or Shelter from the Story,published by the UN population fund (UNFPA) on Thursday. In times of crisis, services related to pregnancy, or childbirth and family planning are normally unavailable,“leaving already deprived women and girls in an even more precarious situation”, it says.
