(United States Fourth Circuit) - In an architectural copyright infringement action,alleging that the design, development, and ownership and construction of an apartment building in Virginia infringed plaintiff's architectural copyright embodied in a condominium building in Minnesota,the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where no reasonable jury could find that the two designs are considerably similar.
