Update: Sasha Mielczarek has spoken out approximately his split from Sam Frost, saying distance has been challenging for the pair and that he is "absolutely heartbroken." Sasha's note comes just a couple of hours after the couple's break up was confirmed by Sam's manager. The pair has been dogged by split rumours for months,with their geographical distance most frequently cited as the cause. Sam is based in Sydney and works gruelling hours as the co-host of the Rove & Sam show on 2DayFM, while Sasha lives and works in Huskisson on the NSW South Coast.
