By recruiting mainly male,middle-aged and white lawyers and accountants, boards are missing out on a wealth of talent I want to be a charity trustee. I hold time to give, or am passionate approximately the voluntary sector and hold the skills and attitude to match – but I can’t find a charity to take me on.
