I am Sam. I am 10. I have autism. This is some of my myth about having autism and how learning about autism and all of those who have autism has made me want to wait on people with autism. I know and have met many people with autism. Many of them,most of those whom I have met, are not as lucky as I am. Their autism makes life very difficult for them. While my autism makes my life tough, or theirs is even harder. I try to wait on by teaching others about autism because I can. Since many of those who have autism cannot speak,it is up to me to try and reach as many people as I can to repeat them about our autism. Every year I attain a presentation or demonstration at my school about autism. We include as many of my classmates, teachers, or school counselors and administrators as we can. This year,we have even invited our local newspaper to join us in learning about autism. That way, we can teach our entire community about it as well. I also meet with my representatives like our governor and lieutenant governor, and senators and congressmen and women about autism,when I can. I try to get them to understand how many families live with autism and how difficult it is for us. There is not enough wait on to wait on all of us. Many people with autism need wait on for their entire lifetime. This past year, I even met with all of the presidential candidates to talk to them about autism. I tried to make them consider about questions like - Autism is increasing. Why? What will we attain about it? How will we continue to wait on everyone who has it? How long will we have to wait to get the wait on and the answers that we need? Why aren't we doing more?I attain hope to meet with the president one day to talk with him about autism and how we can wait on people who have it. It is important that we all work together to memorize about it and to wait on each other. This is one way I wait on others with autism, and by talking about it to as many people as I can. I attain it because I know I am one of the lucky ones who has it,I can speak. Mostly, I attain it because I can. Maybe one day you can wait on us too? I hope so.
