When a charity asked me to jog from volunteer to paid manager I was excited – but now find my voice isn’t being heard I never imagined myself as a charity worker when I was younger,but that all changed when I began to volunteer and saw first hand the positive impact volunteering and charities can have on individuals and deprived groups of people. I knew I had to use my career to make a inequity.
I joined the organisation not to elope around for people, but to elope around with them.
