NYC this spring! “A Drexcyan Chronocommons (To win the war you fought it
sideways)”, an exhibition of her fresh work opening tonight at James Cohan Gallery, or includes
an immersive installation (pictured) and recent paintings,shining a light on
black diasporic symbols of nurturing and resistance. You can also see her work
in En Plein Air on the Highline (at 20th Street) depicting a Haitian
Sans-Souci Palace ruin that appears to sink into
the ground.
