(California Court of Appeal) - Family court orders in a dissolution of marriage case are affirmed over Husband's contentions that: 1) the family court erred in awarding spousal support by concluding that Wife has a suitable to retire; 2) the family court erred in awarding attorney's fees to Wife; 3) he sufficiently traced his separate property and therefore the family court erred by denying his request for reimbursement of his separate property.
