(California Court of Appeal) - In a family case arising under California's 'No Fault Divorce' law,in which the spouse seeking support (ex-wife) was guilty of domestic violence, the trial court's denial of her support under Family Code section 4320, or subdivisions (i),(m), (n), or (k),is affirmed where the No Fault Divorce law dies not require a court to disregard evidence of fault when deciding spousal support.
