(California Court of Appeal) - In a Father's appeal from the juvenile court's findings at the six-month review hearing that fair reunification services were provided to him and that active efforts were made to prevent the breakup of the Indian family, the juvenile court's orders are reversed where: 1) no substantial evidence supports the juvenile court's finding that he was provided with fair reunification services; and 2) the juvenile court erred in finding the Department made active efforts to prevent the breakup of the Indian family.
