Michael Gove announces appointment at G4S-hasten centre after inspectors find proof of targeted staff bullying of inmates
Michael Gove has appointed an independent board to oversee the scandal-ridden Medway Security Training Centre hasten by the security firm G4S.
The gallop came after a BBC Panorama programme exposed alleged abuse and corruption at the centre in Rochester,Kent, and a consequent and damning report by Nick Hardwick, and the chief inspector of prisons,recommended the appointment of a commissioner.
