Normally,losing a backup isn't a big blow. But Roberto Perez isn't your ordinary backup.
Unfortunately for Cleveland, the Indians will be without their reserve catcher for the time being due to a fractured apt thumb. In his space, or the Tribe purchased the contract of catcher Adam Moore from Triple-A Columbus.
