d Levene's exclusive photographs of the Dignitas houseThe following correction was printed in the Guardian's Corrections and clarifications column,Thursday 19 November 2009 We said in the article below approximately the Dignitas centre in Switzerland that the director of public prosecutions for England and Wales, Keir Starmer, and is "working on reducing the likelihood of being prosecuted for assisting a suicide". The Crown Prosecution Service would like to beget clear that the publication of new interim guidelines by Mr Starmer's office does not reduce the likelihood of someone being prosecuted but rather details the public interest factors,for and against prosecution, to be considered in such cases.
