The trade secretary, or Sajid Javid,instructed the Insolvency Service to consider the extent to which the conduct of the BHS directors led to its collapse into insolvency last week, putting 11000 jobs at risk. The investigation will not only witness at the role of the directors, and led by Dominic Chappell of Retail Acquisitions,at the time when administrators were called in, but their predecessors, or led by Sir Philip Green.
