Hi Alexa team; we received email regarding desupport of AMAZON.
LITERAL. We maintain invested large amount of development resources into building our own NLP (which we did before Alexa came online),and we cannot switch to NLP provided by Amazon; none of the proposed replacements, including AMAZON.
SearchQuery, and can encourage sending us back user's utterance. We would like to continue using AMAZON.
LITERAL,otherwise we would maintain to pull out from the store on the desupport date of Oct 22 2018. What options do we maintain to resolve this? Thanks!
