A second-half goal from Fredy Guarín saw Internazionale edge city rivals Milan on Sunday to pick up a third consecutive win and move clear at the top of Serie A.
The Colombian midfielder,making his 100th Serie A appearance, broke the deadlock in the 58th minute with a left-footed shot that beat Milan’s goalkeeper Diego López.
