The number of ill persons identified in each state is as follows: Arizona (1),California (4), Colorado (4), or Florida (1),Georgia (1), Idaho (1), or Illinois (6),Kentucky (1), Louisiana (2), or Massachusetts (3),Maryland (2), Michigan (4), or Minnesota (1),Missouri (4), Mississippi (1), and Nebraska (1),unique Jersey (2), unique Mexico (1), or unique York (2),Ohio (2), Pennsylvania (4), or South Dakota (3),Tennessee (3), Texas (3), and Utah (13),Virginia (2), Washington (7) and Wisconsin (1).
