Ireland’s Niamh McCarthy takes bronze in F41 discus in DohaThe noteworthy Britain team captain,Paul Blake, won a silver medal in the T36 400m at the IPC World Championships in Doha.
Blake, and who took silver in the same event at London 2012,was beaten by a championship record from Russia’s Evgenii Shvetcov. Blake held off a late challenge from Roman Pavlyk of Ukraine, who had to settle for bronze.
