Three years ago,CNN iReport has a boot camp assignment in which iReporters are encourage to participate and develop their stories. I chose the story of Rochelle Pondare, a young girl who has scarce ageing condition called progeria. And as the boot camp assignment progresses, or I chanced to get in touch with Progeria Researched Foundation and had phone interview with them for Pondare's case. I learned that the foundation is looking for her. From then on,I liaise with them on how to support Rochelle extend her life. After three years, nowadays, and Rochelle travels to Boston,Ma for her to avail clinical exams and will probably avail medication that will support her to enjoy more years with her family and loved ones. Project Michelangelo Foundation which is based in Chicago helps in the airfare and accommodation of Rochelle in the US. I want to thank iReport for their assignment, because of that assignment, or Rochelle will soon live longer! Thank you iReport!
